Thrive Support Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ILS Instructor to join our team. As an ILS Instructor, you will work one-on-one with individuals with developmental disabilities to empower them to reach their personal goals of independence and community participation.

• Teach independent living skills in a motivating, personalized, and professional environment.
• Work with a caseload of 3-6 clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize their needs, developing personalized plans to support their independence.
• Provide training and support to clients in areas such as money management, medical and dental care, basic cooking and meal preparation, and community involvement.

• A desire to help others and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.
