Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at Home Chef. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance team to complete preventative and corrective maintenance on all Home Chef equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment reliable and minimize production impact.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Train and develop maintenance team members on safe work practices and equipment operation.
  • Communicate with other plant leaders on required maintenance work and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful people management and supervisory experience.
  • Experience with ammonia cooling systems and high level of electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets.
  • Ability to be on-call and respond to facility needs after hours and/or during weekends.
