Job Description

**About Us**

Consultative Search Group is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, analyze, and reconcile various sources of revenue to the General Ledger and subledger.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable process for our Slacker subsidiary, including running an AR aging and ensuring timely collections from vendors.
  • Prepare and review multiple monthly revenue reports, entering data into the NetSuite subledger and General Ledger while reconciling the data.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual audit reviews, including updating monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Excel.
  • Enter bank transactions at month-end and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Update prepaid and intangible accounts and enter into the NetSuite subledger.
  • Import and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation from NetSuite subledger.
  • Enter quarterly sales tax data for two reporting districts.
  • Provide full-cycle accounting support for recent acquisitions, including general ledger and operational accounting responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, with command of complex functions including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Proficient in NetSuite, with specific experience in Receivables, Revenue Recognition, and General Ledger.
  • Understanding of intercompany transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with operating procedures and controls in a SOX environment.
  • Public accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficient in US GAAP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
