Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Strategic Growth Account Executive to join our team in San Francisco. You will be responsible for owning high-impact accounts, expanding relationships with strategic customers, and driving Temporal's adoption across their engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning account strategy for key customers
- Identifying new use cases within existing customers
- Driving education and awareness of Temporal among customer engineers
- Assisting customers in bringing their applications to Temporal Cloud
To succeed in this role, you should have effective relationship-building skills, ability to inspire enthusiasm for developing reliable applications, experience with enterprise solution selling, and comfort working in a consumption-based revenue model.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $245,000 - $325,000, including commission compensation. This role is also eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan. We offer unlimited PTO, 12 holidays, 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance, and additional benefits such as AD&D, LT & ST disability, and life insurance.
