Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Samaritan Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
- Document resident observations and care provided, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and socialization.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduation from a Certified Nursing Assistant program and certification as a Long Term Care Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
