Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our team at Labor Finders. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for loading and unloading merchandise, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload merchandise from trucks and storage areas
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment
  • Move merchandise to and from storage areas, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury
  • Inspect merchandise for damage and report any issues to management
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet, using safety equipment as needed
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions, as well as use an RF scan gun
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
