- Implement content management systems and workflows to streamline content creation, publishing, and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to repurpose and republish existing content for different channels and purposes.
- Continually conduct content audits and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop distribution plans to maximize the reach and impact of content assets on retail channels.
- Monitor and regularly report on content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new content formats and platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
