Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified female Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide assistance to a senior client diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. The care schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Client Details: The client is a 95-year-old female, weighing 80 lbs and standing at 5'0". Due to her condition, she is at a high risk of falls and requires constant safety supervision. She has limited mobility and needs assistance with transfers between her chair and bed, utilizing a walker for support.
Responsibilities: The caregiver will be responsible for:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
- Mobility support, including ambulation and toileting assistance.
- Incontinence care, including diaper changes.
- Feeding assistance as needed.
