Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Client Services: Provide individualized assessments and develop personalized plans to improve behaviors and quality of life for children and adults with ASD.
- Session Conducting: Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments, including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, etc.
- Programming Development: Create individualized programming for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Behavior Therapists to deliver individualized programming to clients.
- Contract Management: Manage contract fulfillment of client contracts across service codes.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise instructions across all facets of the client's clinical needs, including progress reports and monthly updates.
- Data Management: Manage client data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Supervision: Supervise and train Program Managers and Behavior Therapists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
- Experience: Five years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
- Travel: Must be able to travel between client homes, offices, and meetings as required.
- Licensure: Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background Check: Pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
