Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Consultant. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, introducing Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers
- Effectively introduce Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations and product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support as needed
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial success of the store
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available for a minimum of three days per week
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role or environment
- Effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
- Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)
