Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package includes a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult ICU Float Pool as a Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will provide professional and non-professional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of a designated group of patients or providing nursing care and identified clinical support tasks within the scope of practice for achievement of the patient's plan of care as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, as well as specialty nursing certifications. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
