**Job Summary:**

Hire Energy is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in a refrigerated warehouse setting. This role involves packing and preparing food products for delivery to convenience stores, ensuring items are accurately picked, packed, and labeled.

**Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders: Select and pack food products accurately based on order requirements, ensuring correct quantities and items are included.
  • Inspect products: Check items for quality, freshness, and expiration dates, making sure they meet food safety standards.
  • Label and organize: Label packages appropriately and organize them for shipment to maintain accurate delivery schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness: Follow proper sanitation and cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.

**Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail: Ability to pick and pack items accurately with minimal errors.
  • Physical stamina: Capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Work environment adaptability: Comfortable working in a cold warehouse (refrigerated storage).

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Hire Energy offers paid holidays, holiday/overtime pay, wellness program, employee referral program, and more.
