Senior Manager, Site-Based Programs Transformation Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs to lead our team in delivering high-quality mentoring experiences for youth. This role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, interviewing, and matching processes, providing ongoing guidance and support, and maintaining in-person contact with mentors and mentees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the Site-Based Team (SBT) to meet established goals and metrics, overseeing the running of programs on workplace and school sites, reviewing curriculum, and establishing positive relationships with corporate, community, non-profit, school partners, and district administrators.Provide individual supervision for staff, weekly team meetings for group, consulting/planning.Responsible for facilitating site-based programs and/or supporting the SBT in on-site facilitation, interfacing with school and corporate administrators in site management and other duties as needed.Work closely with the Sr. Director of Programs to enhance program structure and improve data tracking and evaluation that demonstrates impact, including tools needed to measure outcomes (monthly reports, data tracking, surveys, etc.).Assess SBT's workflow and caseload to streamline work processes and increase work productivity and quality.Work collaboratively with others to develop strategic planning initiatives.In coalition with colleagues and Director of Programs, identify and coordinate professional development training opportunities for the SBT.Monitor infrastructure to ensure that documentation, timesheets, mileage, expense reports, event proposals, and match proposals are submitted in a timely manner.Provide on-going feedback and conduct Annual Performance Reviews for the SBT.Coordinate new staff Orientation Training for all new SBT members.Consistently demonstrate leadership qualities including being flexible, positive, analytical, collaborative, and responsive to constructive feedback.In collaboration with the Senior Director of Programs, develop new Workplace programs by identifying local schools and potential corporate, non-profit organizations or businesses; assessing viability and determining if there is established infrastructure to support a program, including meeting with schools and volunteer liaisons to explore partnership potential, clarifying logistics (assessing school campus, space, parking, transportation), educating others regarding BBBSLA, and establish the timetable and MOU (service time frame, schedule, meeting requirements).Oversee and manage grants for Site-Based Program, identifying project goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators in collaboration with the Senior Director of Programs and other team members, ensuring that reporting, documentation, and deliverables are on track and goals are met or exceeded.Delivering Quality Programs:
The successful candidate will have experience in case management or customer service-oriented work requiring consistent contact with clients. They will be able to assess individual strengths and support needs for each match participant to assure a positive outcome for the child and mentor.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree is a plus.
- 7-10 years applicable work and supervisory experience in social services setting, with a track record of exceeding goals. Nonprofit experience is a plus.
- Work experience in the public education system or workforce/career development for underserved youth.
- Experience in case management or customer service-oriented work requiring consistent contact with clients.
Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
