The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by utilizing the Nursing Process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Work Schedule- Full-Time - Night Shift: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Rotation includes every third weekend and every other holiday.
- Deliver comprehensive patient care through effective nursing practices.
- Guide and instruct patients and Nursing Ancillary Personnel in their activities.
- Document and implement both clinical and technical aspects of patient care.
- Engage in and manage the Discharge Planning Process.
- Perform additional duties as required, including potential cross-training for Intensive Care.
- Willingness to work every third weekend and alternate holidays.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate departmental needs.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Must hold a valid nursing license in the State of Ohio.
- Prior experience in Emergency or Intensive Care settings is preferred.
