Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at WVU Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures within the radiology department, utilizing specific equipment for that purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Rotate through diagnostic radiology as assigned and perform all responsibilities outlined in the staff technologist job description.
  • Ensure radiation and general safety at all times.
  • Take rotating call after hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
Requirements
  • Registered by the ARRT or eligible to take next available exam.
  • Be in good standing with ECE.
  • Must have a current West Virginia Radiological Technologist License.
  • Must be ARDMS registered.
