About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical and Telemetry Float Pool at Saint Luke's Health System Kansas City. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Perform patient care tasks, delegate responsibilities, and supervise other patient care staff.
  • Coordinate patient care plans and consult with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Missouri.
