EAP Counselor IV

Child & Family Service is seeking a highly skilled EAP Counselor IV to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing short-term counseling services to employees and household members of contracted EAP companies.

• Provide assessment, formulation of action plans, and short-term solution-focused counseling to employees and household members.
• Develop and implement case management plans to ensure effective support and resources.
• Communicate directly with employer representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
• May provide direct service to EAP contracted companies, including workplace training, orientation sessions, and management consultation.

• Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.
• Professional License (LCSW, MFT, MHC, PH.D. or equivalent) required or obtainable within a year.
• Over two years of experience in EAP or a related field, with knowledge of organizational development and labor relations.
• Eligible as a SAP preferred.
