BCBA Therapist Job Description

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in autism therapy and experience in supervising and training technicians. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing result-driven programs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with the team to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement result-driven programs for clients with autism.
  • Conduct assessments and write accurate reports to inform treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to support clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss cases and share best practices.
  • Ensure all assessments and programs are conducted in a way that is objective and respectful of client needs.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification and LARA license.
  • Experience in supervising and training technicians.
  • Strong background in autism therapy and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Credentialing Documentation:
  • Resume.
  • Transcripts.
  • Driver's License.
  • SS Card (or eligibility to work in the USA).
  • Car Insurance Policy.
  • NPI Number.
  • Negative TB Test.
  • Any and all documents pertaining to the position.
