- Exhibit a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with maintaining their accounts and completing necessary electronic documentation.
- Ensure that electronic forms are accurately saved in the medical records system.
- Provide education to clients regarding products, medications, policies, and procedures.
- Generate and adjust invoices as required.
- Collect payments during service appointments.
- Handle requests from other veterinary practices and related entities.
- Prioritize and resolve tasks effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in computer usage, telephone etiquette, mathematical skills, and written communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in veterinary or animal-related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology is preferred.
- Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Capable of managing time and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in processing information quickly and accurately.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $19.
