About the Opportunity

This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in senior living operations, sales, and marketing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate administrative files and ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Leverage relationships with local organizations and businesses to drive referrals and business development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
