Job Description

We're seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll help the Server ensure every detail is taken care of, from clearing dirty flatware and glasses to anticipating the needs of our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and team member
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers around you
  • Develop extensive knowledge of our beverage and food menus
  • Execute organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Prep side stations as needed for business demand
  • Build rapport with guests to increase repeat clientele
Qualifications
  • Experience in fine dining preferred
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to forecast and anticipate guest needs
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for shift duration and lift up to 35lbs
