At the Inn of the Mountain Gods, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our facilities maintenance team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our resort.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Install, replace, and repair HVAC components, including compressors, condensers, and fans.
• Work with electrical and plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of resort facilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC-R certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of Trane equipment and Tracer Summit software a plus.
• Valid New Mexico driver's license required.

The HVAC Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to loud noises, dust, and other hazardous materials. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.
