RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a Float MRI Technologist, you will operate an MRI scanner to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes at multiple centers within the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
- Prepare patients for MR procedures, explaining the process and providing support throughout the examination.
- Adjust scan parameters correctly and as needed, maintaining high-quality image production.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Accurately maintain patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain equipment in good working order, cleaning and disinfecting after each use.
- Assist with updating MRI protocol manuals and software upgrades.
- Monitor medical supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
- Provide training and technical expertise to new associates.
