Job Summary

Welcome guests to the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa with exceptional service and attention to detail. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests to the resort, providing a warm and friendly smile
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles with precision and care
  • Ensure 4-Star/4-Diamond level service is delivered to all guests
  • Efficiently drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff
  • High school diploma or GED required; minimum one to two years' experience in resort bell/valet/door service operations
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to read and interpret documents
Working Environment

This role requires flexibility in scheduling and may involve working evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A typical workweek and normal work schedules may vary based on business needs.
