About Asociacion Puertorriquenos En Marcha Inc

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in the Violence Intervention Program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline and experience in facilitating psychotherapeutic and educational groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide community engagement and outreach in the 24th and 26th Philadelphia Police Districts
  • Engage with non-fatal shooting victims and their families
  • Represent APM in community events and meetings
  • Support Community Outreach Teams with Rewire CBT training and interventions
  • Collaborate with APM Directors to design plans to engage young people

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficiency in the DAP documentation and Microsoft Word
