Job Summary

The Thirsty Moose Taphouse is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage tables and ensure a smooth service flow, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent or active serving experience.
• A fun and upbeat attitude towards food and beverage service.
• Willingness to work later hours of the evening.
• Passion for craft beer.
• Willingness to work with a team towards a common goal.
• Outgoing and personable.
• Willingness to engage with guests to build a regular clientele.
• Reliable and punctual.
