Job Title: IT Architect Lead/Principal

We are seeking an experienced IT Architect Lead/Principal to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Architecture practice, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex IT solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

The IT Architect Lead/Principal will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative IT solutions to address their challenges. You will be responsible for leading interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and consultants to develop leading IT concepts and architectural solutions.

You will apply your sound technical know-how, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizations to technically transform. Your expertise will be critical in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions for clients
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in various technology stacks, including cloud native applications and cloud services architecture
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop leading IT concepts and architectural solutions
  • Apply sound technical know-how, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizations to technically transform
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop innovative IT solutions
Requirements:
  • Masters in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls & engineering or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with more than 4 years in architecture discipline
  • Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving
  • Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives
  • Extensive technical expertise and knowledge of various technology stacks, including cloud native applications and cloud services architecture
