About the Role: Kemper is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow your own business while making a positive impact in the lives of our customers.

Compensation: This role offers a pay-for-performance compensation model, allowing you to earn a competitive income based on your skills and knowledge. With increasing income opportunities as you grow, you can write your own paycheck and achieve financial success.

About the Job: In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing sales. You will also be expected to continuously prospect for new sales opportunities, collect premiums from policyholders, and respond promptly to service requests.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to visit customers door-to-door, and a valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage. You should also be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening.
