Project Management Opportunity

David Boland, Inc. is a leading general contractor specializing in Federal Government projects nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead construction activities for the Final Denial Barriers South Gate project at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors and suppliers to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Client representative to ensure project success.
  • Implement corrective action plans to prevent impacts to the project schedule.
  • Develop and maintain the Material and Equipment Delivery Schedule.
  • Manage project risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience on ground-up construction projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on similar-sized and type projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
