 Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customer portals to resolve payment disputes and collect outstanding invoices.
  • Contact customers via phone and email to address invoice issues and facilitate timely payments.
  • Record all interactions with customers in the collection software, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Conduct thorough research on open cash items and credit memos to identify resolution opportunities.
  • Update customer credit files, request updated credit applications and financial statements as necessary.
  • Monitor the credit inbox for new messages and respond promptly to ensure seamless communication.
  • Verify bank and trade information for new customers and process credit information through various channels.
  • Order credit reports, compile credit files for review, and update collection and accounting software accordingly.
  • Complete credit reference requests and provide detailed information to stakeholders.


 Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of experience in accounts receivable. A strong understanding of credit management principles, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential qualifications for this position.
