Job Title: Milieu Supervisor/PT

Join UHS, a leading provider of mental health services, as a Milieu Supervisor/PT. In this role, you will oversee the direct care and unit tasks of Mental Health Technicians, ensuring a safe and effective inpatient treatment environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Mental Health Technicians to ensure direct care and unit tasks are performed according to facility policy.
  • Assist patients in treatment, recreation, and daily living activities to assess changes in social behaviors and clinical status.
  • Communicate with Registered Nurses, Nursing Supervisors, and Director of Nursing to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Handle Mental Health Technician call-offs and schedule replacements with Per Diems or Full-time staff.
  • Coordinate medical codes and ensure they are carried out safely and appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Active/clear license in the state of Florida.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role (1-3 years).
