Compensation: $28.02/hr

Position Overview:

As a vital member of the maintenance team, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all machinery within the facility, ensuring optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass the following:

  • Maintaining consistent attendance
  • Following all safety regulations and protocols
  • Executing installation, repair, and upkeep of facility equipment
  • Effectively managing tasks under pressure
  • Collaborating with team members and providing guidance
  • Utilizing tools safely for maintenance tasks
  • Employing technical manuals and blueprints for problem-solving
  • Carrying out necessary calculations
  • Communicating regularly with supervisors about repair status
  • Documenting maintenance activities and repairs
  • Completing a variety of tasks, including carpentry and snow removal

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dedication to continuous learning and skill development
  • Experience in hydraulics, welding, electrical systems, and pump repairs

Physical Requirements:

This position may require occasional lifting of up to 55 lbs. and performing standard maintenance tasks in diverse environments.
