Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in resident reports and provide personal care in accordance with individual care plans
  • Facilitate activities and ensure residents' needs are met in a dignified and respectful manner
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents and ensure their food service needs are met
  • Document resident care and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
