Job Title: Master Builder - Window and Door Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced master builder to lead our window and door installation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient and effective project completion
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with the project manager to plan and coordinate installations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in window and door installation
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
