Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year based on experience and qualifications

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for pain management services, including developing and implementing treatment plans, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position requires strong clinical and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide medical direction for pain management services, including developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff
  • Ensure high-quality patient care, including conducting regular chart reviews and participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to pain management services

**Requirements**

Certifications: Board certification in anesthesiology or pain medicine required
Licenses: California medical license required
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
