About the Role

The Red Top Wellness Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our overnight team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our patients.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that involves working independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide direct care to patients with acute mental health conditions.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  2. Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being, and report any concerns to the Director of Nursing or other appropriate staff members.
  3. Document all interactions with patients, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Active registered nurse licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in psychiatric/mental health nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
