Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to oversee our therapy team, provide exceptional patient care experiences, and grow our business in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rehabilitative services and specialty programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers
  • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
  • Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts
