Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pet Pro Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our guests, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Care: Ensure that each guest receives personalized attention and care, including feeding, exercise, and playtime.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and disinfecting rooms, exercise areas, and common spaces.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for our guests and their owners.
  • Safety and Security: Monitor and maintain a safe environment for our guests, including handling emergencies and reporting incidents.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and their owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
