Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to participants, parents, and staff, ensuring a positive experience at our facilities.
- Program Delivery: Assist in the delivery of ice sports programs, including learn-to-skate, learn-to-play, and figure skating programs.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for participants and staff, adhering to all rink policies and operating procedures.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with participants, parents, and staff, providing clear instructions and feedback.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with program supervisors, lead instructors, and other staff members to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Experience: Previous experience assisting or teaching skating classes is preferred.
- Qualifications: Pay is based on experience and industry qualifications.
