Role Overview

PSECU is seeking a skilled Community Relationship Manager to execute the sales strategy in the target market, promoting and preserving the PSECU brand, and delivering on membership growth goals. This role involves developing business opportunities that support current and potential member groups in Financial Education Centers, local partner employer groups, and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote credit union membership acquisition, financial education, product usage, and retention through sales and marketing efforts.
• Organize and participate in events such as orientations, interest tables, workshops, employer events, conferences, and community sponsorship events.
• Collaborate with Select Employer Group partners and community leaders to increase visibility and new membership opportunities.
• Meet established membership growth goals, with a focus on retention, and service within the assigned market.
• Analyze and evaluate market opportunities to enhance services and support business needs.
• Work with the Regional Manager to foster a culture of sales and service.

Requirements

• Maintain knowledge of PSECU's goals, culture, philosophy, products, and services.
• Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and produce quality work.
• Exercise good judgment and appropriate decision-making.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships.
• Uphold ethical practices in all interactions and communications.

Physical Demands and Sensory Abilities

• Repetitive movement of hands and fingers (e.g. typing, writing).
