Job Title: Cleared Senior DevOps Engineer

At CCRi, we're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of our production systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain development, testing, and production environments to ensure high uptime and efficiency.
  • Design and implement automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions to optimize system performance.
  • Manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management to ensure security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system/data backup, disaster recovery, and security/performance monitoring.
  • Evaluate existing systems against industry standards and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain tools, solutions, and microservices associated with deployment and operations, ensuring they meet customer service standards and reduce errors.
  • Test system integrity, implemented designs, application developments, and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed.
  • Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.
  • Work with open-source technologies as needed.
  • Collaborate with CI/CD tools, source control, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship and active Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligible, and willing to take a CI polygraph.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and five years of related experience.
  • Experience with deployment technologies, such as Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
  • Understanding of user access practices and security controls within a system.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management tools.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Understanding of AWS services and cloud management.
  • Experience executing against database technologies.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet).
  • Continuous integration processes and tools such as Jenkins.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
