Senior DevOps Engineer for High Uptime Systems

At CCRi, we're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of our production systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain development, testing, and production environments to ensure high uptime and efficiency.
- Design and implement automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions to optimize system performance.
- Manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management to ensure security and compliance.
- Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system/data backup, disaster recovery, and security/performance monitoring.
- Evaluate existing systems against industry standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain tools, solutions, and microservices associated with deployment and operations, ensuring they meet customer service standards and reduce errors.
- Test system integrity, implemented designs, application developments, and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed.
- Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.
- Work with open-source technologies as needed.
- Collaborate with CI/CD tools, source control, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- U.S. citizenship and active Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligible, and willing to take a CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and five years of related experience.
- Experience with deployment technologies, such as Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
- Understanding of user access practices and security controls within a system.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
- Understanding of AWS services and cloud management.
- Experience executing against database technologies.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet).
- Continuous integration processes and tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
