Position Summary: FINSYNC is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Facilitator to guide entrepreneurial cohorts on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business, outstanding communication abilities, and a commitment to nurturing growth in aspiring entrepreneurs.

Contractual Role: This position is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a permanent employment opportunity. The facilitator will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other benefits. Specific terms and duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation: Rate information will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit participants for entrepreneurial cohorts.
  • Allocate a minimum of one hour weekly for content review and session preparation.
  • Guide cohort groups through content in three-hour sessions (typically 10-12 sessions).
  • Share community connections and resources, including FINSYNC software and other valuable tools.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants as necessary.

  • Demonstrated passion for supporting entrepreneurs in their success.
  • Proven experience in establishing and/or managing a business.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to energize and lead group discussions.

  • Proficiency in utilizing thought-provoking questions to foster exploration and critical thinking.
