Obstetrician Gynecologist Opportunity in Brooklyn, NY

Physician Empire is seeking two experienced Obstetrician Gynecologists to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Brooklyn, NY. As an OBGYN with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth of our Women's Health department.
About the Role:
We are looking for highly skilled OBGYNs who possess excellent bedside manner and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in private practice or academic settings and be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our existing OBGYN team to provide comprehensive care to women from diverse backgrounds.
Work-Life Balance:
The physician will work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate individual needs. The workload will include approximately 3 days of office-based work, 1 day of surgical procedures, and 1 day dedicated to administrative tasks. Deliveries will be performed at our partner hospital, NYU Langone.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary range of $320,000-$350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional compensation for productivity incentives. Clinical Responsibilities:
The OBGYN will be responsible for providing routine and complex obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including prenatal and postpartum services. You will also participate in the training and supervision of residents and students, contributing to the educational mission of our institution. In addition, you will engage in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in private practice or academic settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and robotics
- Experience with shared call arrangements and covered service responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
