About the Job:
- This representative will provide excellent client service, including phone, email, live chat, and fax support.
- Responsibilities include receiving specimens and requisitions, entering orders into the laboratory computer system, verifying/reviewing orders, generating labels, directing samples, and responding to inquiries.
- Candidate must have knowledge and ability to handle and prepare various laboratory specimen types.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree, Training or experience in clinical laboratory science.
About the Salary:
$60,000 - $75,000 per year.
