Job Title: IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to oversee our IT Service Desk, Infrastructure, and End-User Computing functions at Erie Construction Mid-West Inc.

Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT Service Desk Team Lead and Infrastructure/Security Analyst(s) to ensure seamless delivery of technical support.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and requests, offering guidance and support.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance technical skills, identify training needs, and foster a positive, open communication environment.
Requirements:
