**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner - ENT Team to provide high-quality patient care and support the efforts of our talented healthcare team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to work in our ENT department. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide routine check-ups, screenings, and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, including ENT-related disorders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in APRN practice (at least 3 years of experience)
- Current APRN licensure in the state of Illinois
- BLS certification
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.
