We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team at MicroVention. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing new medical device products and improving existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop new product concepts and designs

* Generate intellectual property and write invention disclosures

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
* Minimum of two years of experience in product development or a related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CAD software

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field
* Experience in design and development of medical devices
* Ability to read and prepare technical documentation
* Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment and medical device manufacturing processes
