Job Title: Psychiatric Technician

Compass Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our team at our Evaluation & Treatment Facility in Mukilteo. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Job Summary

This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $19.53-$32.57. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will be responsible for providing a combination of social, physical, psychological, vocational, and recreational services to strengthen and enhance the capability of psychiatrically impaired persons.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to patients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor and report patient behavior and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • AA or BA Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge and skills to this position
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification and Food Handlers permit, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
