We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for providing intraoperative care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the surgical process.

• Assist the surgical team in preparing patients for surgery, including setting up equipment and supplies.
• Pass instruments and assist the surgeon during procedures, maintaining aseptic technique and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the circulating nurse to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance monitoring and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care.
• Assist with the care and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment, adhering to established guidelines and policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current Surgical Technologist Certification is required within one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
