Bank Teller

Job Summary:
The Financial Services Representative will be responsible for handling daily transactions in the lobby and drive-up locations of the Cheyenne branch. This role requires providing exceptional customer service, developing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products.

About the Job:
This is an entry-level position that involves performing a variety of tasks, including receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, and selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and savings bonds. The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer account services, including receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, and selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and savings bonds.
* Answer customers' questions in person and/or on the telephone, resolving issues and providing accurate information.
* Record customer account transactions by logging cashier checks, traveler's checks, and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports.
* Cross-sell bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, ascertaining customer needs, and directing customers to a branch representative.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Experience in a cash handling role preferred
* Excellent mathematical aptitude, strong communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive information required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
